Join hundreds of others who are taking part in our 100k in May challenge for Havens Hospices, where we ask you to run, walk, cycle or swim 100km throughout May to raise vital funds for local hospice care.
This challenge is completely free to sign up and once you complete the registration form, we will send you a free t-shirt and fundraising pack to help you with your challenge. Remember to set up your fundraising page through Facebook or JustGiving; there is no minimum sponsorship pledge. Every penny you raise in sponsorship is helping us provide our free specialist care and support to families across Essex.
